Movy is still running, but it is only a few weeks old and has already moved domains once, from movy.bz to movy.sx. If you want a backup that stays at one address, Rotten Brains is free and needs no account.
What's going on with Movy?
Movy is very new. A review on Movies-Play dates the movy.bz domain to 14 August 2026, and FMHY, a popular community index of free sites, listed it with a star the next day. FMHY's grading notes give it 18 out of 18 and say its pop-ups go away once you turn ads off under Browse > Ad status.
On 7 September 2026 FMHY switched the listing from movy.bz to movy.sx, and on 23 September 2026 it added a 4K tag. Similarweb counted about 5.4 million visits to movy.bz in the three months to August 2026, before the move split its traffic across two domains.
That same Movies-Play review scores it 5.5 out of 10 and calls it "a site to watch rather than fully trust right now", mostly because of its age. There is no official TV app; watching on a TV depends on a community-made Android TV wrapper.
