Cinejoy: Running; moved to cinejoy.pk, September 2026

The best Cinejoy alternative in 2026

Cinejoy is still running. It appeared in July 2026 at cinejoy.to and moved to cinejoy.pk less than two months later.

The short answer

Cinejoy is still running, but it has already moved domains once, from cinejoy.to to cinejoy.pk, and look-alike sites use its name. If you want a backup that stays at one address, Rotten Brains is free and needs no account.

What's going on with Cinejoy?

Cinejoy is one of the newest sites to reach the top of FMHY, a popular community index of free sites. A third-party domain lookup dates cinejoy.to to 25 July 2026, and FMHY listed it the next day, on 26 July 2026, already with a star.

It grew very fast. Similarweb's August 2026 figures put cinejoy.to at about 76.8 million visits over three months, up about 2,616% on the month before. FMHY's grading notes give it 18 out of 18, and say its new-tab pop-ups go away once you turn ads off in its settings.

On 16 September 2026 FMHY switched the listing from cinejoy.to to cinejoy.pk. The same day a user on the PreMiD project reported that cinejoy.pk worked for them but cinejoy.to could not be reached from their region. Old bookmarks and shared links still point at the first address.

Search results also show look-alike domains, such as cinejoy.click, that FMHY does not list. With a site this young there is little track record to tell you which name will last.

Once it plays, the controls stay out of the way.

Every title is checked against several sources before you press play, and the player starts on the one that answers first.

If a source stalls, the player tries the next one and picks up where you were. You can still pick one yourself from the settings menu, with a note on which ones carry extra audio languages or subtitles.

Shows open on a watch page with every season beside the player. The episode you are on is marked, and Up Next sits right above the list, so finishing an episode is one tap from the next.

Anime is here too, with sub and dub where both exist.

With a free account, every movie and episode remembers the second you stopped, on every device. Continue Watching sits at the top of the home page, next to what is new in the shows you follow.

You never need the account to watch. It only adds the memory.

Subtitles come from more than one source, so most titles have several versions per language. If the first one is out of sync with the video, the next one usually is not.

Many get lined up with the dialogue automatically when you pick them, and there is a delay slider for the rest.
