Yippee ki yay! Git along little Foodographists! We're hittin' the trail cowboy-style! Just mosey on up to Tom Perini's chuck wagon in Buffalo Gap, Texas for some chicken-fried steak, and don't forget to grab some cheddar and black pepper biscuits, done up right in a Dutch oven! Then urban cowboy Mark Tarbell makes campfire food in his Phoenix backyard, and mixologist Mike Yen makes a S'mores cocktail. Then we show you how to be a pampered camper at the luxurious Treebones Resort in Big Sur. Campfire sushi, anyone? Yes, it really exists!
