Biography

Dorian Burks is an actor, born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and living in Los Angeles. He's recently appeared in films "The Butterfly Queen," a woodsy dark fantasy, and "The Lifeguard", a dramedy set in Cape Cod. He first explored acting via theatre, leading in plays and musicals such as "In the Heights" and "West Side Story." He is a graduate of the Ruskin School of Acting Meisner Technique Professional Program and has studied with Amy Lyndon and at The Groundlings, and holds degrees in biology and public health from MIT and Boston University.
