Biography

Born in Wilson, North Carolina, William Howard is a photographer and writer/director/producer. He attended North Carolina State University with a major in English Writing/Editing. Going by the name 'Bill', he is married to Susan since 1995, with three children, Turner, Julianne, and Cooper, and five dogs.
