Plot

In 1942 there was war almost everywhere: people who experienced that year, women, men and children, mostly civilians, tell about it in the six-part documentary series "1942. Tales of War". Letters, diaries, biographies and testimonies handed down orally bring to life the lives of those people who were shaped by the war.
